The 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations have been revealed, albeit with a bit less fanfare than usual—thanks to the wildfires currently tearing across Southern California.
Though the guild scuttled its plans to announce the noms in person, the list has been revealed, with Wicked and Shōgun taking the lead as this year’s most nominated projects. Both scored five SAG Award nominations apiece, including nods for best ensemble in the film and TV-drama categories, respectively. Wicked actor Jonathan Bailey scored an individual nod as well as nods for his work as a member of the casts of both Wicked and best-TV-drama-ensemble contender Bridgerton, making him the most nominated individual of this year’s awards.
The full list of films that made the cut for best cast in a motion picture—the SAG equivalent of best picture—features A Complete Unknown, Anora, Conclave, Emilia Pérez, and Wicked. On the TV side, Bridgerton, The Day of the Jackal, The Diplomat, and Slow Horses are all competing against Shōgun in the best-ensemble-in-a-TV-drama category, while Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Hacks, Only Murders in the Building, and Shrinking will compete for best ensemble in a TV comedy.
Look below for a full list of SAG Award nominees. The 2025 SAG Awards, hosted by Kristen Bell (who’s up for a SAG Award herself this year, as an individual actor in Nobody Wants This), air Sunday, February 23, at 8 p.m. ET, live on Netflix.
