There are plenty of documentaries and productions out there that follow law enforcement on their quest to uncover the truth when it comes to homicide investigations. We’ve seen them dig through crime scenes to piece together the events that led to the tragic circumstances, but what about the facts that can be learned directly from the deceased? With more than two decades of experience under her belt, Butcher is the person police rely on to pour over their most challenging cases and deliver justice where it’s deserved. The trailer foreshadows a series that isn’t for the lackluster of heart, as the camera fixes itself onto multiple blood-covered crime scenes where the police work diligently to get the break they’re looking for. Enter Butcher, who walks straight into the most devastating situations on a mission for the truth. Explaining her job, Butcher says, “I go to murder scenes and examine the body to find the cause and manner of death. And to find the evidence that will help catch a killer.” From one killing to the next, Butcher is on the case.
