Host Wendy Mitchell is joined by Screen’s head of digital, Orlando Parffit, and Europe editor Tim Dams to discuss the end of Creative Europe’s Media programme and why over 4,500 filmmakers, actors and industry folk have signed an open letter calling for more support for cinema from the EU. The trio also delves into the history of Screen’s iconic jury grid, from record-breaking scores to the reason behind the four-star system.

The Screen Podcast will be running daily episodes during the festival, dropping each morning at 7:30am CET.
