BFI CEO Ben Roberts will give the keynote address at the Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF)’s inaugural UK film conference, taking place as part of its industry programme on August 15.
The event will be hosted by PIcturehouse Cinemas’ inventive director Clare Binns and will take place at the Festival Hub at Central Hall.
The day’s events will include talks, discussions, Q&As and events available to both industry and members of the public.
EIFF opens on August 13 with Louis Paxton’s feature debut The Incomer and closes with Louise Lockwood’s documentary feature Bel.
EIFF runs from August 13-19.
