Cultural Production Summer Program: Eighth Night
The eighth night of the "Cultural Production Summer" program, organized by the Cultural Production Affairs Sector headed by director Khaled Galal, kicked off this evening, Monday, on the stage of the Hanager Arts Center Square, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, Minister of Culture, as part of the Ministry of Culture’s summer activities program "Our Culture in Our Vacation."
Program Highlights
The Reda Troupe for Folk Arts presented a group of its most famous artistic shows, including: “Luxor is Our Country, Alexandrian, Al-Hajjala, Al-Atba Jazzaz, Al-Tanura, and Muwashshah Gharib Al-Dar.” The troupe concluded its show with the Nubian show, under the supervision of the artist Enas Abdel Aziz, the troupe’s general manager.
Upcoming Events
The Cultural Production Sector Summer Program continues daily until August 31st. Artist Ali Al-Helbawy is scheduled to perform on the second night of the program on August 20th, while artist Aya Abdullah will perform on the third night of the program on August 21st.
The House of Folk and Performing Arts, headed by artist Ahmed El Shafei, is participating in the program through performances by its most famous artistic groups, as the “Reda Folk Arts Group” will perform a concert on August 22 and 26, and the National Folk Arts Group will perform a concert on August 23 and 29.
The National Center for Theater, Music and Popular Arts, headed by artist Ehab Fahmy, is also participating in the Summer Cultural Production Program through its musical band, as the band will hold a concert on August 24 and present a distinguished group of musical and singing performances.
