Another Spectacular Full Trailer for Kosinski’s ‘F1’ Movie with Brad Pitt

“It’s alright… you’re just worried I’m quicker than you!” Let’s drive! Awesome! Warner Bros has unveiled another excellent official trailer for the F1 movie – the Formula One racing movie starring Brad Pitt. Even better than the last trailer! Dang! F1 is the thrilling movie from Joe Kosinski (of Tron: Legacy, Oblivion, Top Gun: Maverick) arriving in theaters everywhere this June. The first teaser trailer debuted last summer and we posted a racing featurette as well. F1 is about a legendary Formula One driver who, after a horrific crash years ago, comes out of retirement to mentor and team with a younger driver on the rise – played by Damson Idris. (That just sounds like Top Gun: Maverick again but with race cars.) F1 stars Brad Pitt as Sonny Hayes, with Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Javier Bardem, Sarah Niles, plus Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, and lots of F1 drivers and team members as themselves. This final trailer focuses on the rivalry between Sonny and Joshua, ramping up the intensity between them right up until the final shot. Cannot wait to watch this on the BIGGEST screen with the loudest sound this summer. Buckle up.

Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), a Formula One driver who raced in the 1990s, has a horrible crash, forcing him to retire from Formula One and start racing in other disciplines. A Formula One team owner and friend contacts Hayes and asks him to come out of retirement to mentor rookie prodigy Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) on the Apex Grand Prix team (APXGP). F1, also known as Formula 1, is directed by the visionary American filmmaker Joe Kosinski (aka Joseph Kosinski), director of the movies Tron: Legacy, Oblivion, Only the Brave, and Top Gun: Maverick previously, plus a few other music videos and lots of commercials. The screenplay is written by Ehren Kruger (writer of Arlington Road, Scream 3, Reindeer Games, The Ring, Blood & Chocolate, Transformers 2 – 4, Ghost in the Shell, Dumbo, Top Gun: Maverick).
