Disney to Spend $5bn Over Five Years on UK and European Film Productions

Disney is earmarking $5bn over five years for production investments in the United Kingdon and Europe, according to Jan Köppen, president of Walt Disney Company across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The company has been enjoying success and growth in the region, with films from Disney, Marvel, and Lucas films performing well at the box office. The fresh investment plans, which sees Disney committing $1bn annually for these five years, will cover film, television, and even streaming productions. Productions at Pinwood studies, including <em/>The Fantastic Four:: First States</em&gt,, <em/&gt;Snow White*</em>
