What Bothered Nasrallah

Then Nasrallah continued, explaining why the film bothered him. He stated, “Here, I wasn’t amused at all by the constant nagging about the franchise moving to Disney, and the collapse of Fox, nor the stupidity of the 99-year contract with them, nor the ‘shall we meet again? – No, I don’t think so.’ And all the very childish verbal sexual jokes, and the canned ‘feelings.’ Of course, the poverty of the language is very striking. A little fuck, a little shit, a little ass. They don’t make immortal poems if your name isn’t Alan Ginsberg.”

Nasrallah continued, “A movie that doesn’t refer to anything except itself and the companies that produced it, and it is narcissistic in a way that makes me feel like it’s transferring the Marvel universe to any place except for the melon and the scum that you know will end well, of course, since the franchise must continue, and thank God Wolverine has revived its spirit, so we won’t bury it again. The disgusting dog was funny.”
