“You ready for the next adventure, pal?” 🦅 Ohhhh he is back and ready for more mayhem. Max & DC have revealed the hilarious first look teaser trailer for the next season of Peacemaker, packed with some wild footage. Peacemaker is James Gunn’s highly successful spin-off series that first debuted in 2022. Picking up where The Suicide Squad left off, Peacemaker returns home recovering from his encounter with Bloodsport – only to discover that his freedom comes at a price. And this next season also continues where the first left off – following Chris Smith as he struggles to reconcile his past with his newfound sense of purpose while continuing to kick righteous evil-doer butt. Peacemaker Season 2’s cast features John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick all returning. And fresh cast members this time feature Frank Grillo, David Denman, Sol Rodriguez, and Tim Meadows. With episodes directed by James Gunn, Greg Mottola, Peter Sollett, and Althea Jones. This looks like just as much wacky, weird fun as the first season – bring on the triumphant return of Peacemaker and his pal Eagly.

Peacemaker is a spin-off series for HBO created and written by American writer / filmmaker James Gunn, director of the movies Slither, Super, Guardians of the Galaxy, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, The Suicide Squad, and the upcoming Superman; he also wrote the screenplay for Dawn of the Dead and The Belko Experiment. James Gunn also directed a few episodes in this season, along with Greg Mottola, Peter Sollett, and Althea Jones. Based on the Peacemaker character created by Joe Gill & Pat Boyette.
