Atlas Workshops Select Filmmakers for 2024 Marrakech International Film Festival

The Atlas Workshops, a platform and talent incubator for Arab and African filmmakers, has selected 17 projects in development for its seventh edition. Lina Soualem’s "Alicante" is among the chosen projects, along with "And Still I Rise" by Djanis Bouzyani and "The Source" by Mouloud Ouyahia.

The participants will receive tailor-made support for all stages of production, from script to distribution, editing, marketing, and music. They will also participate in a co-production market with industry professionals and will be eligible for cash prizes for development, post-production distribution, and selected by juries throughout the event.
