Kelsey Grammer is to lead the cast of Norwegian filmmaker Magnus Martens’ theme park thriller Hell Ride, with UK outfit Altitude introducing the project to buyers at Cannes.
Andy Mayson, Altitude’s co-CEO, produces alongside Molly Conners and Amanda Bowers. Mayson has also written the script.
A group of high-school seniors break into an abandoned theme park for one final wild night – reliving childhood memories, partying and chasing thrills, until their night spirals into a nightmare.
Frasier star Grammer is also set to appear in Turbulence, an upcoming thriller also repped by Altitude.
