The Gersh Agency has completed a leadership restructuring, revealing Tuesday that Leslie Siebert has been promoted to sole president, becoming the first woman to lead a major talent agency. Alex Yarosh, Nick Collins, Rhonda Price, Bill Gersh and Steve Gersh have been named managing partners, with 12 agents elevated to senior partner status.

The moves, which were set in motion at the end of last year, come a year and a half after previously family-owned Gersh sold a 45% stake to private equity firm Crestview Partners, with then-Senior Managing Partner Siebert promoted to co-President alongside longtime co-Presidents Bob Gersh and David Gersh. The brothers, whose father Phil Gersh founded the agency in 1949, will segue to novel roles as co-Chairmen. They will remain engaged in the leadership of the company as Siebert takes oversight of day-to-day operations. The duo also will continue to represent their full roster of clients with their positions on the agency’s board of directors unchanged.

Elevated to senior partner are David DeCamillo, Eric Garfinkel, Randi Goldstein, Rick Greenstein, Jason Gutman, Lindsay Porter, Alec Shankman, Jade Sherman, Joe Veltre, Matt Vioral, Bart Walker and Daisy Wu. They are joined by Bonnie Bernstein, who became a senior partner after moving to Gersh from CAA last month.

Most of the promoted agents are Gersh veterans who have been there for at least a decade, some several decades. Bill and Steve Gersh are sons of Bob and David Gersh, respectively.

The Gersh Agency has been expanding since Crestview Partners’ May 2023 equity investment. In January of last year, the agency acquired the Digital and Alternative departments of A3. In December, Gersh announced the acquisition of global sports and entertainment agency You First, which doubled the size of the agency to over 600 employees in 15 countries. There also have been novel agent and senior executive hires, most notably Bernstein. In addition to her roster of 19 clients, which includes Anna Faris, Michael C. Hall, Constance Wu, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell, Michelle Monaghan, Idina Menzel, and Stephanie Beatriz, Gersh has signed such novel clients as Elijah Wood, Quvenzhané Wallis and Pablo Schreiber so far this year.

“This is an exciting moment for our company as we strengthen and empower our leadership team and position Gersh to ensure our clients grow their businesses and achieve lasting success in a competitive marketplace,” Siebert said.

Last year marked her 40-year anniversary at Gersh. She will continue to represent her roster of clients.
