Director Bong Joon Ho is known for his unpredictability. While his films can range in tone and style, ranging from Memories Of Murder, a gritty serial-killer thriller, to The Host, a family-friendly monster film, one thread that usually runs through his work is a scathing critique of capitalism. <emParasiteMickey 17 takes these themes in a thrilling sci-fi direction, as Earth sends human expendables known as Mickeys to an alien world, one of whom (Robert Pattinson, in multiple interpretations) starts to question this system of living.
