Qantoush added that the ninth clause also states: “If either party breaches any of its contractual obligations, the breaching party shall pay the other party an amount of 5 million pounds as an alternative obligation.”

Qantoush explained that the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab signed a contract with Rotana in January 2019 under an official contract for a period of three years, starting with the signing of the contract and ending in January 2022, and that the fourth clause of the contract specifically stipulated this, which ends any case or lawsuit from Rotana against his client, and therefore it has no effect and the court should not pay attention to it.
