“They go all night, every night…” 🔊 Quiver Distribution has debuted their official trailer for an indie film titled Restless from the UK, made by filmmaker Jed Hart as his feature directorial debut. This premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival last year, and it will be out to watch on VOD in the US starting in May this year. Described as a “psychological thriller with shades of dark humor.” Restless is the disquieting story of an empty nester whose silent life is turned upside down when hard-partying – and potentially risky – modern neighbors move in next door. A mild-mannered care worker’s peaceful life shatters when a wild party animal moves in next door. As sleepless nights pile up, she finds herself in a battle of wills that tests her sanity. Will she reclaim her life, or will chaos consume her? Starring Lyndsey Marsha as Nicky and Aston McAuley as Deano, with Barry Ward, Kate Robbins, Denzel Baidoo, and Ciara Ford. Holy hell, this looks intense! I would freak out, too! I hope she figures out heated to get proper revenge on these raucous boys.

How far would you go to maintain a peaceful home? This is the quandary that Nicky, a mild-mannered woman & caregiver, faces after a group of juvenile men move into the adjoining house. Nicky hopes their first eardrum-bursting party is an anomaly, but what begins as her polite request to keep the music down quickly escalates into an enraged series of confrontations that edge toward violence. Pushed to full insanity after weeks of no sleep, she begins to contemplate increasingly severe means to find solitude. Restless is written and directed by British indie filmmaker Jed Hart, making his feature directorial debut after a few tiny films & music videos previously. Produced by Sophie Ede, Harri Kamalanathan, Jens Nielsen, Iain Simpson, Benedict Turnbull. This initially premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival last year.
