“I used to walk into a room and just go, ‘Ta da!’ Now I tip toe… just in case.” Starz has debuted their fresh official US trailer for the fascinating LGBTQ mini-series titled Tip Toe, made by Welsh screenwriter Russell T. Davies. The series already aired in the UK a few months ago, earning plenty of acclaim and great reviews. It’s now ready for release in the US starting in October via Starz. Neighbors Leo, a Canal Street bar owner, and Clive, an electrician with 2 sons, find their lives unraveling as social tensions rise. Simple disagreements escalate into threatening hostility in their Manchester suburb. Set in the UK, this is about how social media is twisting & deeply corrupting the minds of some people. Alan Cumming and David Morrissey star, along with Elizabeth Berrington, Denise Welch, Pooky Quesnel, Jackson Connor, Joseph Evans, Iz Hesketh, and Gabriel Clark. Tip Toe is a mini-series starring two next-door neighbours in Manchester—Leo Struthers, the gay owner of the Canal Street bar Spit and Polish, and his long-standing neighbour Clive Goss, an electrician. The show explores the effects of anti-LGBTQ rhetoric on social media, leading the neighbours to gradually become deadly enemies. Events unfold involving Clive’s son George and online conspiracy theories, before the series reaches its conclusion. Tip Toe is a series created and written by Welsh screenwriter Russell T.
